Anna’s Perambulations

So was watching a female Anna’s hummingbird work through the rockery, and this is what she visited;

The only one of these that really was much of a surprise (a pleasant one, mind) was the Schizanthus. And it looked like she liked it well enough since she visited several flowers, not just one. Hopefully they like the ones I planted in the other hanging baskets as well. These were one of those 6pack annuals we got this spring. We used to get them years ago, but had t seen them for a while. Now I’m glad we tried them again this year!

And please note the happy accident that the Salvia ‘Cerro Petosi’ has almost the exact same color flowers as the Lychnis coronaria! Lol.
